  • 30 MIN MINI STABILITY BALL CLASS

    This class is suitable for beginners. We use the stability ball as a focus on balance and of course stability and strength. It's a really lovely class to explore different ways of using this great prop.

    Hips and pelvic stability is key when trying to be better at balancing, this class will free up the hips really nicely but it may take a while so keep practicing. There's a shorter standing version of this class too.

  • 30 MIN FULL BODY FOAM ROLLER

    This class requires a full length foam roller (preferably a softer one). Stretch, release and strengthen with your foam roller at home. It really is an all round class this one. I hope you enjoy it.
