60 MIN PILATES WITH HAND WEIGHTS
This class uses x2 1kg hand weights to add resistance in some instances but also easing some movements (soft blocks/pillows might be needed for knees so please have those ready if you have problematic/tender knees). this is a fantastic class to strengthen your full body.

This class is suitable for you if you are a strong beginner/intermediate level. During this class we break down a flow and learn the transitions to smooth out the movements so that they flow into each other seamlessly. This is supposed to help you learn your own free flow (and test your memory!) ...
