15-30 MIN CLASSES

Short on time?! This is the section for you if you don’t want to miss out on your daily movement practice or you just want to get a little extra movement into your week without having to set an extra hour aside. We will work the whole body or specific parts to either nurture your practice or give you a quick burn, whatever your preference it will help you feel empowered. The classes will range from 15-30 minutes.

  • 30 MIN MINI STABILITY BALL CLASS

    This class is suitable for beginners. We use the stability ball as a focus on balance and of course stability and strength. It's a really lovely class to explore different ways of using this great prop.

  • 17 MIN MINI BALL POSTURE CHECK IN

    Who doesn't want better posture? Here are a few ideas for you to check in with your posture and decrease compression in your spine and it's all done in standing. The ball really helps you to focus on certain areas of the body that could be contributing to bad posture.

  • Sunday 14th December - 15 MIN RESTORATIVE PILATES

    If you'd like to have a calm movement practice this is the perfect restorative class for those days when some movement is better than non and actually a great class before bed or to wake up to.

  • 16 MIN BEGINNER BASICS PT 1

    Beginner? Start with the basics of breathe work, finding neutral spine and how to activate your abdominals. There not too much movement but we really tap into how the breath can accelerate your strength.

  • Wednesday 24th December - 30 MIN STRONG AND FUNCTIONAL THIGHS

    This class is to help you gain strong and functional thighs, you will focus on lengthening the thighs whilst creating a strong and functional muscle to help you move better, feel less pain. This would be a great class for runners or anything that sits down a lot through the day.

  • 30 MIN FULL BODY FOAM ROLLER

    This class requires a full length foam roller (preferably a softer one). Stretch, release and strengthen with your foam roller at home. It really is an all round class this one. I hope you enjoy it.

  • Sunday 21st December - 15 MIN STANDING HIPS

    Stiff hips? This is a shorter class of the full version but very helpful if you just want to work on balance and hip mobilisation as a warm up before any other exercise like running of cycling (also great post workout) or as a stand alone class.
