    This class requires a full length foam roller (preferably a softer one). Stretch, release and strengthen with your foam roller at home. It really is an all round class this one. I hope you enjoy it.

    Stiff hips? This is a shorter class of the full version but very helpful if you just want to work on balance and hip mobilisation as a warm up before any other exercise like running of cycling (also great post workout) or as a stand alone class.
