    22 minutes of glorious neck and shoulder mobility and stretching exercises to help overcome the tech neck, neck tension and stress. the class you didn't know you needed!
    I throw some spine mobilisation in there too for good measure to ensure you can move the tension on from all angles.

  • 30 MIN STRONG AND FUNCTIONAL THIGHS

    This class is to help you gain strong and functional thighs, you will focus on lengthening the thighs whilst creating a strong and functional muscle to help you move better, feel less pain. This would be a great class for runners or anything that sits down a lot through the day.

  • 30 MIN FULL BODY FOAM ROLLER

    This class requires a full length foam roller (preferably a softer one). Stretch, release and strengthen with your foam roller at home. It really is an all round class this one. I hope you enjoy it.
