This class uses x2 1kg hand weights to add resistance in some instances but also easing some movements (soft blocks/pillows might be needed for knees so please have those ready if you have problematic/tender knees). this is a fantastic class to strengthen your full body.

18 MIN STRONG INTERMEDIATE FULL BODY FOAM ROLLER
This class is a challenging foam roller class for the intermediate Pilates person. I hope you enjoy the abdominal burn as much as I did!
