This class is an amalgamation of the myofascial release methods I have learnt and I merged it with my pilates method so you get a full workout that is subtle yet mind blowingly expansive. You'll feel incredible after this class. The bodywork balls are available from me just let me know if you want one and I can organise it. Unfortunately there are none like these online, only specialist practitioners can order them.

This class uses x2 1kg hand weights to add resistance in some instances but also easing some movements (soft blocks/pillows might be needed for knees so please have those ready if you have problematic/tender knees). this is a fantastic class to strengthen your full body.
