Short Classes
For the days you don't have a lot of time to spare or maybe you want a bit of this class and a bit of that class. Pick and choose what you'd like to do and create a full class for yourself or just stick to the short and sweet bite sized movement sessions to fit into your day perfectly. These classes are less than 30 minutes long.

14 MINS EVERYDAY PRENATAL WORKOUT
If you want to do a little bit every day, this is a great workout that's gentle enough on the body to do a little each day. You can do less reps or more reps and when you get used to the movements you'll find it'll keep you strong and mobile.

This short tutorial with kate (33 weeks) will show the difference between 'hugging the baby' correctly and just sucking your stomach inward. This comes up alot during the prenatal classes so it was worth while doing a completely separate video tutorial for you all.
