Monday 22nd December - 15 MIN QUICK BACKLINE
The back line of the body is responsible for keeping us supported and cradled, this class is a great one to strengthen and wake the back line of the body up. Think calves, hamstrings, glutes, spinal muscles.

Tuesday 2nd December - 13 MIN MORNING WAKE UP CALL
Great to wake the body up in the morning, just to get you going but this can also be used in the evening if you need to move the body and wind down a little. We focus on moving the spine from the sleeping position, connecting you to your body and to your day.

Sunday 14th December - 15 MIN RESTORATIVE PILATES
If you'd like to have a calm movement practice this is the perfect restorative class for those days when some movement is better than non and actually a great class before bed or to wake up to.

14 MIN FEEL GOOD FOAM ROLLER

Great as a little extra movement session tagged onto another short class but also just as effective on it's own if you only have 5 minutes to spare. It's a fantastic class for working on upper body strength and core activation, have fun!

Stiff hips? This is a shorter class of the full version but very helpful if you just want to work on balance and hip mobilisation as a warm up before any other exercise like running of cycling (also great post workout) or as a stand alone class.

Sometimes we just want to feel the burn in a short space of time and feel like we've worked hard. This is a class I've put together of some great exercises to do just that. There's no breaks, just keep going for as long as you can. NOT suitable for pre/postnatal ladies.
