Weeks 13 - 20
I added this section because I think it's helpful to continue your rehab knowing that you are doing the right things but also interweaving some normal Pilates classes into these weeks to help with breastfeeding tension, back pain and and continue pelvic floor work. I know by now you will be feeling so much better in yourselves for taking the time out. Do what is best for you as always and miss things out if needed. Once you have completed this you are free to try any other class within the Movement Oasis or when you're ready going back to the exercise you once loved pre baby e.g running, dancing etc. I would love to know how you're getting on!

13 MIN MORNING WAKE UP CALL
Great to wake the body up in the morning, just to get you going but this can also be used in the evening if you need to move the body and wind down a little. We focus on moving the spine from the sleeping position, connecting you to your body and to your day.

31 MIN ARTICULATION FOR STRENGTH
Creating positive tension in your muscles whilst learning how to articulate through your bones. It's a fantastic way of moving your body and gaining strength under the tension. This class is aimed towards strong beginners and intermediates but if you're a confident beginner you'll be fine!

The back line of the body is responsible for keeping us supported and cradled, this class is a great one to strengthen and wake the back line of the body up. Think calves, hamstrings, glutes, spinal muscles.
