Postnatal
Welcome to Gemini Postnatal - this is a 4 month programme to guide you through the 4th trimester. I will help you build strength and gain confidence again to start exercising the right way. We will build up slowly through the first 6 weeks, then to 12 weeks and then onward to week 20 where you will be able to go on and try any of the other classes in the Oasis worry free because you've built up the confidence and strength again.
