Week 7 - 12

After taking the time and building a very good foundation during weeks 1-6, now is the time to continue building that strength further and moving a little more to really strengthen the connection and build your whole body strength. You are still within your healing phase postnatally (the 4th trimester is the first 12 weeks post birth) so still taking care to listen to the signs your body is giving you and go with what feels good for you. You can do this!
