Week 1 - 6
This is a progressive programme and gives you 2 sessions per week to work on re-connecting back to your body post pregnancy and helping you feel really good inside and out. You can do this section as many times as you need to as it's perfect for any stage. If you have had a c-section please take your time and only start when you feel the urge to get moving. This applies to everyone - Listen to your body, if it feels good keep doing it, if not stop. This is a self-led programme for you to take at your own pace, everyone is different and I'm always on hand to ask questions.

You can substitute the sofa for a chair or something you can easy rest your legs on that is sturdy.
