Barre
Barre is a very intelligent way of working your body and it is suitable for all levels and abilities. It’ll bring a little more ‘oomph’ to your movement by simply being an amalgamation of different styles such as Yoga, Pilates, exercise to music and heavily incorporating ballet movements. All levels are advised within the title of each class. Generally speaking Barre is great on the joints as there are no jumping movements although please make the necessary adjustments if needed (some classes will be HIIT style classes which you may want to check out first if you have joint problems). Expect to get a little sweaty and feel the burn.
