15-30 MIN CLASSES

Short on time?! This is the section for you if you don’t want to miss out on your daily movement practice or you just want to get a little extra movement into your week without having to set an extra hour aside. We will work the whole body or specific parts to either nurture your practice or give you a quick burn, whatever your preference it will help you feel empowered. The classes will range from 15-30 minutes.
