These classes are designed to help bring ease into your body using equipment, techniques and movements especially put together to help your connective tissue activate, lengthen (easing pain in your body), and strengthen. Your fascia is your biggest organ and it literally holds us together but sometimes we find that it gets stuck and thickens causing the tightness you might feel when you wake up - and what's the first thing you do? Stretch! Let's get healthy fascia together.
Not all classes will be using equipment. Please reach out if you need any advice on equipment.
