Vinyasa Yoga with Stephanie Howard
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing poses together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. I would say this type of yoga would be suitable for those who have done yoga before, it may be too much for a complete beginner but you could give it a try, you may be more capable than you think. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety.
