Face Yoga workshop with Christiana from She Faced it

Christiana guides you through a lovely relaxing face yoga workshop and shares the wonderful benefits of this kind of self care. Enjoy
How to prepare:
- Please make sure you’ve got clean hands, to avoid transferring germs onto your skin
- For the same reason, I'd highly recommend that you also disinfect any hardware you'll be using (keyboard, mouse, etc).
- Ideally, you'll want to have a clean face and to have applied a little bit of moisturising serum/cream, or facial oil, to avoid dragging the skin. Keep your product nearby, as we might need to apply some more during the workshop, especially when doing the face massage and relaxation techniques.
- If you have make-up on don't worry, you're still going to hugely benefit from the session, but I'd definitely advise you to try and have a clean face when practising Face Yoga by yourself later on.
- If you wish, it's advisable that you use a small mirror when practising the techniques to make sure you're doing them properly.
- If you’ve had surgery of any kind on the face, neck or head, please check with your doctor before doing Face Yoga. If you’ve recently had Botox or fillers, the general rule is that you should wait for 2-3 weeks before doing Face Yoga, but you should again always check with your doctor/practitioner before proceeding.
- Try and find a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted. Also, it’d be great if you could put away any distractions so as to allow yourself to truly relax and enjoy the experience.
