This class is the perfect way to relax and see in the holiday season. Don't think too much, just move your body. The candlelight meditation is a great tool if you struggle to meditate and switch off as it's something to focus on. If you do this class in the evening before bed try not to sit on any device afterwards as the amber light will help you sleep whereas the blue light from your device will have the opposite effect.
You'll need a mat and a tealight candle (please don't light it straight away as there is a section you'll be holding it in your palm and I wouldn't want it to get too hot!).
