I have created this meditation element for the Oasis because I believe meditation has such strong healing benefits. If you can spare a few moments a day to sit in silence you'll soon start to feel the astounding benefits in your body, mind and soul. Beginners are very welcome, try not to have too many high expectations of your ability to shut your mind off. You are human, you are supposed to be able to think. It's about calming the thoughts and the hustle and bustle in your mind.
